Miss America was crowned on Friday and the new Miss America is a 26 year old sister out of Texas who is an entrepreneur who runs a party planning and motivational speaking company. The new Miss America Crystle Stewart, will begin her run as Miss America as a spokesperson for breast and ovarian cancer awareness campaigns. She will compete for the Miss Universe Competition in July.
She takes over the crown from Rachel Smith who says that she will be heading to hollywood to pursue an entertainment career.
