The “Godfather of Soul” James Brown’s birthday is today. He would have been 75 years old. To commemorate his life and legacy, here’s a good youtube tribute clip showing his dance moves. Even if you can’t here the sound you have to look at the video…if only to see how fast his feet could move…
Speaking of youtube video…here’s a recent video of Snoop Dog performing with Country Music Star Willie Nelson. I bet you thought you’d never see this pairing before…I know I didn’t. America’s Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez and Reggaeton recording artist Daddy Yankee were honored by Presencia Latina at Harvard University on April 26, 2008 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Daddy Yankee received the Artist of the Year Award, and Gonzalez was recognized for her ambition and beauty in representing the Latina Community. Here’s some photos of that event:
